Spring 2000: May | April | March | Feb | Jan |
Fall 1999: Dec | Nov | Oct | Sept | Aug
Summer 1998: Aug | July | June |
Correspondent | Daily Gazette | Dispatch | Daily Iowan | high school

Attending college and working full time at a 70,000-circulation newspaper can be difficult, but that is what I did during my nine-month internship at The Cedar Rapids Gazette. In addition to often writing more than five stories per week, I also drove 25 miles one way from Cedar Rapids to Iowa City finishing my degree at The University of Iowa.

Stories from my nine-month internship are here, along with stories from my summer 1998 internship in The Gazette's Iowa City bureau.

Don't forget to drop me a line at steven_cook@altavista.com.
